I don't want to be known for my ability to stay in the lines

I don't want to be known for my ability to stay in the lines, to be an imitation. Something none of us were meant to be.

Something quite profound happens when we follow Jesus. We become more of who He designed us to be. We become more genuine and real and authentic while also molded into His likeness. But He doesn't want us to be like any other human. See, if we were following a human, we would become more like them, less like ourselves. But with Jesus, we find ourselves in becoming like Him. We find freedom, not confinement. We aren't tamed but released. We are empowered, not controlled or contained.

The past year I have been seeing more and more people drawn to who they were always meant to be. Pushing against the norm, fulfilling their God given design - their gifts and strengths, finding their purpose and just done with being like anyone else. Done with being a copy or imitation and actually asking the questions - why am I living like this. It has been so powerful to watch even from a distance.

I've been drawn to the words wild & well (story behind why I changed my oils business name) because I value untamed purpose now more than ever. Unleashed identity, given by God. I value wellness in body & mind now more than ever. They're actually two things that I have seen rising in many homes. People are ready for more, craving more and fighting for it in the details. It is amazing!
